I’ve been told that proof of moose licence (on iPhone) along with outdoor card is all I need to carry while moose hunting. I can’t find this in the regs. Any help?

Digital Copy: You can carry your Licence Summary in
a digital format, such as on a mobile device. You can
have a copy of your Licence Summary sent to your
email address by accessing your account using the
Fish and Wildlife Licensing Service. If you choose to
carry your Licence Summary on your mobile device,
it must be in the PDF format provided to you from
the Fish and Wildlife Licensing Service (a photograph
or screenshot of your Licence Summary is not valid).
You are responsible for ensuring that your device has
battery power and is protected from the elements to
be able to display it when and where requested by a
conservation officer (unless you are also carrying a
    paper copy with you).
You must carry your Outdoors Card, your hunting
licence (either listed on your paper or electronic
Licence Summary or printed on the back of your
Outdoors Card), and any relevant tag(s) with you
    while hunting.

I found some sturdy zip seal top pouches at the dollar store. I keep my game seal and license summary in the pouch. Clear durable and waterproof.

If I were you,I wouldn't trust any electronic device with such an important document like these. When using electronic devices, the onus is on YOU to ensure they're working and can be read properly. Do you really want a hunt ruined and your wallet well emptied because the cell signal isn't strong enough? Print it out and slide it into a ZipLok bag to prevent damage.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

Hard to go wrong with paper, but you don't need cell service to display a file saved to your phone. I have paper in my hunting pack, but phone is always on me as a backup.
