    Default 2 PM Coyote

We had blowing snow and strong winds this morning which convinced me to stay home. Just after lunch it looked like it might be worth a shot to do a stand.

Got to the farm just after 1pm... Farmer was in the workshop, we talked for a bit, he wished me luck and off I went.

I setup in the fairly open bush with the field at my back. Set up the caller about 20 yds away, got settled in and began screaming out with a dying rabbit sound. After a minute I cranked up the caller as it was still pretty windy out. Not a minute later I see a coyote from a distance coming in, only to have this other one in my lap in seconds. He was coming in hard, had to WOLF him really loud 3 times before he stopped for the 25 yd shot. At the shot I see the other one take off with no follow up shot...
