First steelhead of the season

Hunting was slow today so I decided to hit the river for some steelhead. Wasn’t expecting much since it was so hot and sunny outside. Water was low and fish were still on there spawning beds which by now on this river they should be spawned out. Ended up losing one and landing two. Nice day to be out.
