Default Hilly - rocky area for future bear hunt

I have a good friend who showed some interest in bear hunting.
He is hot on doing a bear hunt in a year or so-but he would like to see that done in some nice ,hilly and rocky area ,with potential lakes around.

I do know somewhat some areas (to some extent)in 15B-18B-19-21-25 and 28(not all and not he whole WMU)....but none of them seems to fit the bill.

I know Ontario is no Rocky Mountains-but i figured ,there must be something somewhere.
    Any recommendation where to look?

    Cheers

Anywhere on the north shore of Superior between Nipigon and Sault Ste Marie (about a 500 or 600 km stretch) is pretty steep hilly and rocky.
The wilderness is not a stadium where I satisfy my ambition to achieve, it is the cathedral where I worship.
