So with the break in the heat and precip' forecasted finally got around to getting the leeks in, replanted some cabbage, broccoli, cauliflowers that succumbed to the heat. Staked up the tomatoes, gave the garden a good hoeing. Plums, peaches, apricots, and cherries are coming along expecting a bumper crop(at least for what I get typically) a little surprised as the cold spring had me worried. Peas are about to flower so the rain is coming just in time. Hoping for less hot days and timely rain and should be a good season ahead. Getting ready for the fall crops as got the fennel and Kohlrabi going.
