Campbellville , pricey but WELL friggen worth it! By FAR the best around! You get what you pay for!!! be sure to call before you take your deer in as his freezer is almost always close to full! LOVE and i mean LOVE his pepperettes!!!
Also you need it skinned, head cut off and hosed down before putting it into his freezer, The fellow is old but as I said does his magic thats worth more! I spoke to him today and he just added an extra 40 hooks onto his 80+ in his freezer that is kept at the same temp 24/7.

Anyone know of butchers near Grand Bend, London, and/or Tillsonburg?
Had one but apparently they have ceased business.

This is the one I use in Ottawa's west end. Always been happy with the service and cuts.

universal game farm cold water. Very good job. But always a surprise for cost when picking up the order. Vacume packed and or butcher papper, does the skining for a resanable fee as well as vacume packed pepperettes if desired, a little pricey that way.
Never resent growing old, Many do not get the chance.

I started butchering my own deer a few years ago and will never go back. Its easier than you think and there are lots of good instructional videos on the internet. Eg: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzYGBNDc_xU
If you want/need pepperettes etc, just take the bulk cuts to a butcher after you wrap them.
