Georgian Bay Sporting Dogs

Awhile ago there was discussion around the kennel in Killarney that was crossing labs, weims and what have you to produce what they called Georgian Bay Sporting dogs. This kennel has a very elaborate website.It was reported that the OSPCA visited this breeding facility and siezed 75 dogs. The report was on the northern CTV stations and posted on Lab List by Sandy Briggs. Sandy has done the animal control out of Powassan. Don't know much more. Has anyone else heard about this?

This is long overdue. Hopefully it goes through the courts quickly and the dogs and can placed in new homes. Weimaraner Rescue could be very busy!

Thanks for the update , very interesting , I hope others that try to do something similar will read this and are made aware of what can happen to them.
