Like I said : Last time I called they said NO.

That's specifically for moose hunting, at a cost of $75 for permission.

For other game animals it states,
"Hunting is an activity regulated by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
You may hunt deer, small game, duck, etc. on the lands owned by the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, without any special permission. It is prohibited to install a permanent observation tower and to build fires."

If it doesn't show up on the link, just search "hunting".

Limerick forest in the kemptville area and winchester bog is the same, no bunnies. I ran my dog team in these area's since the early nineties and hunted rabbit with very little success. I have always seen coyote at the limerick bush while dog sledding and was followed on numerous occasions. Back in the mid seventies and eighties I knew a family that ran hounds(limerick) and kept the coyote population down and came across the odd wolf. Unfortunately not many people hunt coyote like they use to back twenty to thirty years ago. I was at my brothers place in Chatham Ontario and was almost tripping over bunnies!! He said it has been like that for a few years and hasn't slowed down. Your best bet is ask a farmer who is close to Larose and set up a gut pile.

Perfect, for some reason that link does not come up when I click on the hunting icon.

I might just resume my hunting in Larose then. I'll keep a copy of this in my pocket, because last time I called, I was told 'no hunting in Larose'.

There were lots of people hunting there during gun season for deer. Scary stuff, it sounded like a war zone. I probably heard about 100 shots within 30 minutes. I don't know what they were shooting at, but target shooting is not allowed. It's shotgun only too, and the shots were in 5 round bursts...

Not sure where you got that quote from on the website. My understanding that deer and small game hunting is allowed. Permission is required for moose hunting.
