Great big muskie...... about as believable as Lawtons fish
In the slanting sun of late afternoon the shadows of great branches reached from across the river, and the trees took the river in their arms

    54 inches and 36 pounds.

    The most stupid fight ever.
I saw this beast coasting towards shore. Cast right in front of it and its an immediate hook.
Then it was a straight retreive, about 25 yards in 2 minutes, just like pulling a log.
Didnt even use a net or craddle to pick it up. I would be suprised if this monster is still alive, as it barely had any energy before it even got hooked.
We were as gentle as possible and released it immediatly.
