Blew it up a bit. Not a great file to start with but it sure looks like a cougar to me. Look at how long it is you can pretty well see the long tail dragging in the water.

So it is a cougar in the pic and it was in fact taken in kenora
?
If people Concentrated on only the really important things in life, there'd be no shortage of fishing poles.
