Bait him with sardines...into a live trap or whatever you need to remove him from your yard..

Let your dog deal with him. Skunk OFF shampoo works great, I know.

Just block his access once he leaves for his evening romp. Blocking it at 10 or 11 PM should ensure its out. You could always rake some dirt in front of the only exit left open, and the tracks should tell you if it is out.

Wait till evening when they usually come out, and throw moth balls under deck & around entrance or perimeter of deck. This also works for around the garbage container. Only thing is you have to replenish them as they melt away.

Never tried it but I've heard that a radio playing loud music under the deck will give them the urge to go elsewhere.

A few things I've read work well ..

    - Radio in the shed blaring 24/7 for a few days
    - Fox/Coyote urine, but I would also think your dogs urine (marking his territory) would work too.
    - Moth balls
    - I've tried a product called Critter Ridder, and Not in My Garden ...
