oh that's the same deer no doubt. Great pics.
How often is he returning to the site? # Days/weeks in between sightings? use your trail cams to help you determine if there is some sort of pattern with his visits. Check the days , times, temp, moon phase, from your pics. Determine days between visits, and if the frequency of his visits increase or the time of the visits are closer to daylight hours(Legal shooting time) then that will help you determine where you are in the "rut" phase.
This should help you determine time of day you may want to hunt the stand.

Wow those brow tines are impressive.
I think it's reasonable that it's the same deer. Either way, good incentive to get out there!
