    Pick the birds and split up the back.
    Rub with olive oil salt & pepper.
    Place a slice of apple and sprigs of fresh thyme in the breast cavity.
    Stitch together with thyme stem (or tie with butchers twine).
    Marinade in oil & white wine overnight.
    Put on a spit and roast over charcoal (or gas BBQ) till medium rare.

    Fry with a lil olive oil and a smigion of butter for taste, garlic and cajun to taste. When cooked thru add veggies and when soft add to wild rice with a lil honey or wife.

    Clean the breasts by removing the silver skin, in a casserole dish place sliced onions in the bottom with enough garlic to suit your taste buds , place the breasts on top of the onions , salt and pepper to taste and cover with some more onions , then over all this pour a can of Campbells mushroom soup and bake in the oven at 325 degrees for app. 1 1/2 hrs.
    Serve over rice with wine of your choice enjoy.

    Sounds like some good recipes, might have to try these out If i ever get some doves down!
