doing some 30 /30 reloading today turned on my scale done the routine to calibrate ... i was doing 30 grains of 4320 powder , the first few loads went good then all of a sudden it was doing 30.1 and 30.2 grains i didnt use it so i put it back in the hopper . my ? is should i be concerned about the extra grs or not or is it ok to use it ?????.....thanks oilman

From a safety point, if you aren't near max load you would be fine to use it.
From an accuracy point, variance in powder charges can change things quite noticeably.
Some calibres of rifles are more apt to show this than others and different powders are as well.
Myself, I way every charge as well and do just as you did and dump the incorrect charge back in the hopper, or at least a few granules back into the powder trickler and trickle again to get exactly what I want.

I have a digital scale that I use to confirm the powder drop from RCBS Uniflow Powder Measure. As a back up to confirm I have the RCBS scale as well (not used often, but nice to have). When reloading powder I confirm every 5-8 rds with powder on digital scale.
