Anyone tried a Franchi Affinity??
Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone owns or has tried out a Franchi Affinity. I was reading up on them and they are getting great reviews. They use a similar inertia recoil system as the Benelli auto loaders. I am interested in getting one in 20 gauge since they are 5.5 lbs. I imagine they would be great for upland and rabbit hunting. Does anyone happen to know where you can get them in 20 gauge? All the stores seem to only list them in 12 gauge.

Never owned one but have handled them in stores and love the feel of them but that is very subjective. Very light guns. I also like the fact that it's an inertia gun. I have always preferred that over a gas semi. Nicer and simpler to clean. Very similar design to a Benelli, same owners.

They are very nice guns for the money. There was a great review of one in Outdoor Life a while back.

I have also have been looking at the Franchi. I like the inertia driven system but the thing that really caught my eye was the 7 yr warranty.

Yep, that's impressive. It is a very light gun though so there will definitely be more recoil felt than the heavier guns.

Still trying to figure this out. You are asking for a review of this gun, why not just give us a review of the one that you have posted here on OOD? You could get one in a 20 gauge by going over to the for sale section and buying it from yourself!
