Which toy on simcoe?
Going to head out onto simcoe from beaverton friday with some buddys for perch, whats the recommendation for transportation, sled or atv? Thanks in advance gentlemen

I used the sled yesterday, but there are bare spots opening up with all the wind. If I went out today, it would be with a quad.

I agree - Quad. We got 10cm's of snow last night - I'm just off the shoreline above the Trent Canal - East of Thorah. Most of that snow blew off the lake. I'd be careful though on the East side of Thorah up to the NW point. There's stil some heavy slush between shore and maybe 500 metres out. Beaverton thru to South Point is good and over towards Georginia. Lot's of glare ice above Thorah on your way to the White Shoal - I'd be bringing cleats though wherever you go. Good Luck, stay safe,

I was out today off oro line 6 with a sled and it was great traveling
