I'm already packed, just get spring goose out of the way and look out Turkeys, already booked 1.5 weeks vac from opener

I have opener booked off already too...and it opens on a Friday this year...gives me 3 solid days to the get the first bird before back to work!

I got that weekend booked off too. Friday is for chasing birds. Saturday is for chasing bows. And Sunday I will be chasing either depending on what I shoot/catch the days previous.

Hadta get this running through my mind already. Thanx, should be right stir crazy by opener. On an upbeat thought it should take away evil thoughts of the weather.

LOL excited as well, we don't hunt the opener, I take time off during the week and make the trip.

hopfully the weather changes or we all may end up hunitng birds in snow camo......either way can't wait!! Focused on getting one this year with my 7 yr old in blind. He has already picked out a spot ont he wall in his room for the fan lol

Definitely getting stir crazy. Had a horrible whitetail season and hoping spring turkey makes up for it!

Will be out April 25-29th with my bro. We've finally learned the habits and travel patterns of the toms on our properties and this year we'll do some real damage. And not have to rely on taking jakes just to be safe.
