did itlao not get charged a few years back... i know they wanted permits to fish The ganaraska river years ago and were turned down because they wanted to fish upstream before the season opened.. best thing for you to do is go down to the river and take a day and watch what guys/gals are doing and imatate what they are doing most guys and gals will lend a hand
