I would be curious to see Excalibur crossbows compared to other recurve crossbows. The test clearly shows that recurve crossbows are better than compounds, but it doesn't say anything about other recurve crossbow manufacturers.
eg. Horton Archery makes both compound crossbows and recurve crossbows, so it would be interesting to see if Excalibur recurves are better than Horton recurves.
Horton doesn't make anything anymore. They're history.

I almost bought a compound but glad I went recurve(Excal).The vid is pure marketing but the fact is there is so much less to go wrong with a recurve.I like the fact that I can do string changes and any other minor maintanence myself.

Doh! Does anyone know what other companies (that still exist) actually make recurve crossbows (asides from Excalibur obviously)?
