Anyone Have to Return a Vortex Scope for Repair?
I was just wondering if anyone has delt with Vortex on a warranty issue for a scope? If so what is the turnaround time for getting it back? Also is it an easy process or do you get the ol' run around?

I brought mine back to where I bought it from and they exchanged it on the spot,

Why not give them a call or email and ask them? Sounds straight forward with no questions asked.

I called them , to find out where to get batteries. They sent me 2 n/c and gave me the address of the battery supplier. Good people. Paul Grant is the owner of Vortex Canada.
