Just bought first compound bow....happy happy happy
Hey guys,
Just wanted to let ya'll know about my first bow purchase (used). After months of research I decided to go with PSE, I bought the PSE Mossy Oak X, 29" - 70 lb. draw adjustable from 26 to 31 " draw length. Alpine 5 arrow quiver,Whisker Biscuit arrow rest,Limbsaver stabilizer and limb vibration silencers, wrist strap, dead end string stop, tru glo 5 pin micro adjustable sight, and a ADG Sports semi hard bow case. Can't wait to start hitting the bag this weekend!
Thanks for reading Ian

Sounds great..nice to start right out with the Whisker Biscuits....the best hunting rest there is !!!
Did you mention a counter weight...makes a big difference worth adding if you don't have one.

edit add: it didn’t tweak when I first read it ….’Limbsavers’ are something else to me

Nice setup. I bowhunted seriously for many years and used all kinds of rests including several dropaways until I realized the best damned hunting rest is a wisker bisquit. Good choice.

Thanks for all the kind words guys! I'm very excited, the past summer my buddy lent me his Mathews to use. I fell in love right away, what I like about it is that it's all about consistancy and form once I got those down I was shooting at 25yrd 1 1/2" groups. Now my buddy is about a foot shorter then me so he say's my form will have to change after shooting his.
What poundage would you boy's recommend for a beginner? My draw length is 29" - 29 1/2"
