Hey everyone;Just over a week to go and can't believe we have sold out so early. THANKS! I'm sorry to those that did not get in. I would love to have more...but the park can only accomadate so many vehicles and we can only handle so many people at weigh-in. I will start off with saying that if anyone is able to car pool...please do. We are expecting a lot of people and with the huge amount of snow...we are having trouble moving it far enough to make lots of space! The other reason I am posting this is to see if anyone is still able to help us out. We are ALWAYS looking for sponsors and prizes. We have some amazing stuff this year already...but with 450 people fishing...we always can use more! Sponsors will be listed at the event and have their logo with a link put on our website. Where else can you get this kind of advertising to 450 people! We also are still looking for stuff off our wish list. This is stuff we are looking to keep and use for future years...or things we are trying to save money on...such as: signsWhat we are looking for:10 to 15 - green reflective coats or high end vests sized xl to xxxl - Needed for volunteers, organizers, security.A large enclosed trailer - needed for storage, use at the event, to go to shows and event advertising.75 orange construction pylons.Signage - advertising event, directing people at event, etc...Promotional items - toques, shirts, hats, stickers or magnets.A Honda Inverter 3000 Generator - to be used at the event for the sound system, coffee.3 or more bull horns - crowd control, organization.2 x 4's and plywood for enclosing the shelters.Strong folding tables (ie: like at Costco) for prize tables, weigh in, etc...New Heaters - ie: Big Buddy, Propane Construction heaters, etc...Thanks everyone.
