The Ultimate off road all season work tool. If this guy can get a manufacturer, there'll be no shortage of distributors. It would be better for ice fishing than anything else on the market.

Can't see how its any better then a snowmobile for ice fishing. Its not difficult to find a reliable old sled for a decent price either.

That said, its pretty cool, but seems more of a novelty.

I don't think a snowmobile would do as well in the deep snow or in slushy conditions because the weight of the person or people is over the track. Either way, I'd own one if they were available.

I have never in my life wanted something more than that.. The only way that would be better is if it could float...

Pretty slick rig. Classic case of 'why didn't I think of that.'

This would be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than a snowmobile for back country lakes that are off the beaten trail, especially in the north where there are many lakes with huge amount of snowfall and that don't have a million people fishing them with well beaten trails. A snow machine (especially an old heavier one) tends to bog down and get stuck under those conditions. This thing appears to chew right through the deep, soft snow.

This looks like a brilliant tool. I'd love one.

Wonder if this would class as a vehicle on those roads that are closed on crown land...
