cottage rental
Hi everyone, while over dinner discussing out camping for the year my 2 girls (both teenagers) very calmly said no more camper. Lets rent a cottage. I can understand their thought, 2 teen girls, wife, son (9), dog and my self have a hard time in a 10 foot pop up trailer. Me and the boy were devastated, gonna miss Grundy, Algonquin etc. Alot of good times. Good thing is now I can bring the boat and get some fishing in HAHAHA. So needless to say me and the boy are happier than a pig in $h1t. Does anyone know a cottage somewhere in the near north area (Parry Sound, Sudbury etc) that rents them. Having lake/water front would be a bonus for the boat but am ok with driving it to the water, beach nearby for the girls would be nice while Im fishing HAHA. Of course good fishing spot would be appreciated. I guess a fifth wheel trailer hunt begins. Any suggestions on location, rental would be appreciated.

Point Au Baril is nice, just north of Parry Sound. I go there with a bunch of guys for a fishing trip each year (past 3 years anyways). Great Walleye and Pike fishing, not sure about family cottages though. I'm sure it would be easy to find something in that area.

There's large mouth and small mouth bass, pike, walleye, whitefish, perch, crappie, ling etc. It's a big lake and can get rough. I fish the Bonnechere River 'cause I only have a 10' row boat.
