    Yah, I remember Screws coming up to White Lake bragging about his dry ice. hen he got there the 0 dozen glow worms in his cooler were frozen solid. hen there was the green slime left in blueice's boat when they took them out and dumped the worms in the lake off shore.

    It was good for a laugh. My brother has an extreme Coleman cooler that will keep ice for close to a week. We never used dry ice.

    Do not tell me your opinion on dry ice, I have forgot more than you will ever know about the subject
    just know what i know through 25 years of camping experience..........

    What are people lining their coolers with? Is it something that can be done in your own garage? I usually end up spending more then I want to on ice when I go on camping trips even when I bring the large cooler packs and freeze bottles of water. This idea of not needing to continually purchase ice throughout my trip is very intriguing.

    i use plywood,never cracked a cooler and always leave the pour spout open.....and it will freeze bottles of water for day coolers.......

    if you use ice,always use blocks.....cubes are useless
