It was on the news and papers about a trapper shooting and killing one person serious wounded 2 others before shooting himself over a 20.00 dollar beaver no less.

From my understanding it was over a trapline north of Napanee. Two dead,one fireman wounded and a lady got assaulted and has a broken ankle . Yes it happens when it comes to trapping and logging territories .

Everything went wrong with this situation. The shooter had serious mental illness for many years. Neighbors all knew it,yet,nothing was done to try to help the man. Everybody really dropped the ball,here. The proverbial powder keg finally blew up. The sad part is that appears it could have been avoided.
