I have used Leska"s Butcher Shop in Uptergrove which is on Hwy 12 just south of Orillia . They are very good.

I picked up my batch from Ulrich yesterday and they are delicious! It's a pricey proposition but it's a nice change (and less work for me) from jerky. I highly recommend them!
