BAIT FOR FERAL CAT

What can I use for bait to live trap a feral cat we have terrorizing the neighborhood, I have been trying sardines but no luck so far, would appreciate any useful suggestions

Rabbit stomach complete with contents or a dab of smelly deer gut contents seemed to work pretty darn good for me in the past. I realize it's not something most people have sitting around.

Keep in mind the cat could be educated to live traps too.

I would just use some cat or dog food, wet or dry. It might also be a tame cat that is only looking for the challenge of live birds or chipmunks......Even a tame cat can hunt 1/2 mile from its home.
