    Default Chukar done in yellow curry sauce

    8 Chukar breats
    half pack bacon
    VH yellow curry sauce
    butter
    poultry seasoning
    Basmati rice
    Garlic Naan bread

    Cook as much rice as you want. Cut breasts into strips. Get bacon frying (used a Wok), once done remove bacon and leave the drippings. Add a TBS butter to the grease. Add cut up breasts to pan on MED heat. Time rice to be done same time as meat. Once chukar is half done add pre-cooked bacon, seasoning, and VH Yellow Curry sauce. Toast Naan. Put Naan down on plate add rice on top then coat with delicous meat sauce mix...Enjoy
