    Where in Toronto did this guy live (was it Dupont st) and did he walk with a limp or use a cane. Younger guy about late 30's.

    I wouldnt pay a penny unless he agrees to have a vet scan it for a microchip.

    Yes and that's been a beef of mine since I had a dog stolen 10 years ago. I wish vets would scan new dogs brought to them . It would only take a minute and might help someone get their stolen dog back.

    Been thinking that myself... Anyone know any vets who could pose as a buyer, visit this dog and scan it? Or maybe check the ears for a tattoo?
