Woodland Caribou, Elk, Moose, mule deer, pheasant.... they are all good but buffalo is very nice as well

Moose would be no.1 for me. I have not tasted caribou.
Only had bear once and it was fantastic.
I am surprised only a couple of guys mentioned pheasant. When I was young they were plentiful in this area and hard to beat.

Believe it or not, Rabbit and Squirrel pie 
Maybe it is because I have not had rabbit or squirrel in a while, lots in town but very few on the hunting properties and we generally do not small game hunt anymore.

Probably squirrel deer and goose. If ya know how to cook em all games are great
