Just spoke with our friends up at the Fort. They're upset to say the least. Not to sure what's happening now.

Ya, buddy from Fort is coming turkey hunting down here. We'll sort things out then. I'll likely stay here and deer hunt. It will be the first year we've missed moose hunting over the previous 36 years ! Not a happy camper. The MNR really screwed things up this time !

scary part is you'll find something else and will never go back!

Our tags are up to 4 guaranteed. same # of bull tags - just raised the quota ??????

we'll be good for 3 tags so we're going for sure (since we're in that kill all the moose to save the caribou unit)

what is concerning is how few moose we encountered last yr! just cause we get tags doesn't mean squat!

if it's dismal again this yr then I think our group will also pack it in and spend our $1,200/man on something else ...

probably head to the states! MNR! GOV'T! We live in one the biggest, resource rich parts of the world and we MANAGED it to this!

Yup!!!!! I think I'm headed for Florida to do some boar hunting. I'll spend my $2,000 in the States !
