    Default Field Tests

Anyone signed up for tests this Spring? I am signed up for this weekend. The Vizsla Society of Ontario is holding it at Ruffwood Game Farm. I think it's closes registration tonight if anyone is interested.

Thanks for posting that. Those tests are great events that are lots of fun for dog and handler. If a person doesn't feel confident about participating , spectators are welcome and its a fun day for the whole family.

(AS CKC doesn't recognize FDSB registrants , I don't have any dogs I can participate with in CKC tests now. Too bad as I could manage a test field with one knee working 1/2 the distance to walk. )

Test was a success for Jim an I. Jim scored a 95, with two solid points ad retrieves. Need one more leg to finish his FD.

With all the rain we have had the bird field and working field were in good shape albeit wet in some spots. It was harder on the handler and judges than the dogs. Bird planters did a great job, haha I was one of them for the morning test. Pretty awesome vantage point while planting.

The test was a good time and the test secretary did a great job getting through 2 tests in one day.
