I would rather see people eating 4lb Smallies than harvesting Walleye currently. Bass populations are doing well and not only are they a blast to catch they are delicious smoked stuffed in mushroom caps with cheese.

Nothing particular about that lake. Just hit the usual smallmouth habitat; rock piles, log piles etc. Try and find cover locations with quick access to deeper water.
