Receipt is timestamped 8:31:32!
I was online at midnight last night... apparently they changed to 8:30am this year? Who knew!

Went to service Ontario in Whitby this morning and was told they are not available

Additionals are not available at Service Ont until Aug 1st, if any are remaining. On line and phone only.

My guess if you wait until August 1 you were not be getting an additional tag. I would apply online or via phone.
