    Default .32 S&W Rimfire

I was given a jar of bullets yesterday to dispose of.....

There are .32 Rimfires in a mix of x14 S&W DC.Co (Dominion Cartridge) in Brass and x15 .32 Rimfires with Copper cartridges (no stamp).

They are generally not in to bad a shape, only a few of the brass ones have some surface corrosion, the copper ones are clean. The lead bullets have some white age corrosion on them but not to sever.

Not being a gun Nutz myself....Is there a market for these that is worth looking into ?

There is, there were a bunch of antique rimfire pistols made and people are always looking for shells for them.

Make sure to hang on to a couple for your collection though.

The copper ones are most likely black powder, copper is a really old way of making cases.
CIL would have made these a lot later then the 30s, how old I cannot say.

The original Stevens Favorite came in 32RF as well as 25RF. On some forums I am known as 32RF/CF. Don't have a 32rf now as I had it converted to CF but I do have a box of shells for the next one I find.
Do NOT waste those shells.....This forum doesn't accept a / in a user name.....
Just looked at the picture and I see that yours are even 32 shorts....they were normally the pistol round that the first S&Ws came in after the 22shorts.
