anterless tag question
I entered the anterless draw, got my seal for 78 bow only season. Says teh tag is good for an anterless deer. I was under the assumption I coudl harvest a antlered or anterless deer.... am I stuck hunting for a doe only? With my luck a world record will stand broadside 100 times this season.
Thank you in advance.

Your regular Deer tag allows you to shoot a Buck. The antlerless tag allows you to shoot either a Buck or a Doe.

Your Antlerless archery tag is good in WMU78,only. You may still take a buck with that tag in WMU 78 or any other WMU in Ontario, for that matter, but, once you use it,your hunt is over.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

Keep in mind though, if party hunting in a controlled hunt the hunter must have a validation card as well.
