Wakami or Nagagamisis in September

Thinking about a short trip with my old man in September. Have always wanted to fish these Lakes - is September a rewarding time to go?

There seems to be a lack of fishing info out there on these lakes, could either be a good or bad sign

Are we talking Wakami near Sultan? If so, I know it well. Early September is great.
We fish the lake but I play in the river up the Doré road. Opeepeesway is good also
in the fall with minnows. Let us know how you made out.
