I was going through some of the past test and never seen my name in the qualifying list. Do you need to call in or mail in your own results or does the club holding the test hand them in to CKC.

The club holding the tests sends the scores in. Once the dog qualifies in the required # of tests for the title, the CKC sends you a certificate that it's earned it.

Funny.....I never got my FDJ title sent to me. Maybe I should call. I heard it cost you money to get your titles put on your ckc

You have to either pay a fee or join CKC to keep the title.

Where does the $50 or $60 go when you sign up for the test. CKC wants more money.

Well, some of it goes into the hands of the CKC. But on the other hand birds, ammo, shagging baskets, course flags, radios, and all the rest ain't free.

Are you planning on entering any of those Spinster? What level?
I remember my first CKC Hunt Test. My dog did great; the handler...........I left the field forgetting to shoot over my dog .
Very nice Judge called me back .

So just got some mail from the ckc the other day as I have been waiting for my new title. Well it wasn't a title it was a notice saying that I needed to pay $60 dollars in 30 days from the date on the letter or all points and scores will be lost, and will be unable to get them back if I do not pay. So little Brit I would guess your titles are gone if you were not a member when you achieved your last title.

Any club that holds an event can tell you what the listing fee is that is paid to the CKC. By far the majority goes to the club for expenses. And yes you will pay a fee if you are not a member .
