Hunting Grouse near Sault Ste. Marie.

Hi,

I'm new to hunting but I have been shooting for a while. I want to try to hunt some grouse this coming season and I live in Sault Ste. Marie but since I have no real experience I'm not exactly sure where to go. Does anyone have a somewhat decent spot to hunt grouse in the area.

Get yourself a back roads map book, they show the crown land and just pick some spots and drive and walk, old logging roads, atv trails, snowmobile trails are all good producers. They need the small pebbles to digest their meals so roads containing that are good for walking.

You don't need to go far if you live in SSM.
