    Default Triggertech Triggers

Well I bought the bullet today and purchased a Triggertech to replace the crap stock Matrix trigger and OMG what a fantastic trigger, no creep and 2.5lbs of crisp release. So the I figured, well lets give my stock trigger an upgrade. I took the trigger assy apart and shortened the string release just a hair the polished it to a mirror like finish, I then polished the sear to the same chrome like finish and holy crap, what a fantastic trigger. Don't know what the poundage is but it rivals the trigger tech, guess I have a spare now. Not bad for a guy that has never taken a crossbow trigger apart before. Wish I had saved the $200.00 now LOL.

I have a single stage TT in my 380 and Have done trigger job's on a few excal's in the past and yes a good polish on a factory trigger can sure bring it to life. Another thing is to polish the string latch as that can make a big difference in serving life, some latche's can be serving eater's.

Interesting. My stock trigger isn't too bad but I may give it the once over after the up coming season.I can't justify a TT at this point.
