    My grandmother hunted my mom told me she would send her brother in to the marsh by their house and what ever flew out she shot and that was dinner that night

    As did mine. From the back porch in Cape Breton. Plenty of deer and moose --and not always totally legal

    My mom hunted rabbits when she was a little girl. I have her 22 from the 1950's.

    Some really ill informed people out there TR..(same ones who voted for Wynne) ...the Globe and Mail gang of comment'rs definitely lean towards the tree hugging type
