    Default Chuckar Hunt

Today we had our friends with pointers and Britanies come to the farm for a chuckar hunt . it is a good way to get ready for the pheasant hunts this fall . No rain and the dogs did really well. It was not a hot day but the dogs were puffing a little . They need more work to get into shape just like the hunters need to hit the skeet range for some practice too .It was a fun day and the guys took their birds home . If I ever learn to cook one maybe I will keep a few myself.
