Well, here are some further information, as I didnt mention it before:

I am in Canada as an exchange student, in Fanshawe College here in London. But as I am here afforded by the Brazilian government, I needed to sign a full contract that included "abster-se de portar, intermediar ou consumir armas de fogo" (or, in english: "refrain from possessing, mediating or consuming firearms"). Maybe I could do it and no one would know, but I better follow the rules and not to put my studies in danger hahaha

I also could buy a bow/xbow, but I would not have enought time to practice it for this coming open season, so pellet guns are my only option ('not to hunt' would be another option, but I dont consider this one)

So I dont have a PAL so far because that would be useless (and expensive) to me, and i HOPE they gave me the right outdoors card option (dont remember if the right is H1 or H2), and I cant find out it for now because I have only the temporary one so far (that printed yellow card), and it does not say anything about the type of it

I am pretending now to buy a bike and reach the nearby farms with it, but it will be useless in the deadly Canada's winter.. so in a few months I will have this problem again hahaha if anyone here plans to hunt around London, remember the newbie hunter friends seeking rides! ))
Did you take a hunter safety course? If not then all you can do is Fish. No hunting.
Take the warning labels off. Darwin will solve the problem.

Yes, I did! I did the "stand-alone" course, only for hunting. I have already my outdoors card and small-game licence, only waiting for the seasons to open

Too bad you did not do the firearms course. Even if you never bought one, you could at least borrow one and use it. I can take you out for a hunt and you can do everything the is hunting, but right now you can not use any firearms for hunting having only an H2 outdoor card.
You said you plan to buy a bow, so you can at least hunt once you practice enough. But lobbing arrows through the trees at squirrels may not be the best thing to do. Remember depending on the poundage that arrow can travel a couple hundred yards.

I would be very careful about using a pellet gun to hunt as well. You may find that your "no firearms" clause in your contract could also mean pellet guns. Pellet guns are still "firearms", as defined by the Criminal Code. I wouldn't want to see you put your education in jeopardy.
