Matt , learn how to do your own, there is nothing to it. Look on the computer , I break mine down on the hook, get zip loc bags make whatever cuts you like. I bought a grinder many years ago , to make burger. A couple of hours you can have , it all done. old243

Check out youtube, there are hundreds of good videos on there. Its actually incredibly easy if you have a little room. If you screw up a few cuts you'll just have more burger, so really you can't go wrong.
