Anyone own a boykin spaniel? What are your thoughts.
Thinking of getting a hunting buddy and heard lots of good things about this breeds hoping for some feedback from fellow members with any knowledge of this Bremen, good or bad. Thanks.

Crackerd has one and is quite knowledgeable. I'm sure he'll chime in. You certainly can't go wrong with a spaniel. He would be able to tell you what health clearances to look for and probably recommend a few breeders.

Well you can go wrong with a spaniel if you get a spaniel that doesn't point. Haha I kid I kid. Good luck in your adventure into the Hunting dog world. It is awesome.

Has too much time on their hands
as a kid we grew up with springer spaniels great dogs for the field and the house .thy do need a lot of brushing and mine always had burrs in her coat after a hunt .Dutch
