Getting my companion dog next week
Since I am living by myself now,,,,,,,thought I would get a german shepherd again.......I lost mine 7 years ago after 12 1/2 years,,,,,,,,,,super smart dogs...........will post the male pup pic when I get him.........sorry no hunting for this dog
although my last shepherd found 3 deer for me,,,,,,,,,,once I let him go in tall grass field,,,,,,when he stopped at the deer in 2 minutes...it was an easy find
It isn,t how you do it,its how you did it

Sweet! There's nothing like having a great pal like that a dog offers.
I have a new pup as well. I missed not having a dog for a year but you do forget how much work a pup is.

You're a lucky man. I was 10 months into research on my started dog plans. My second is due Dec. 8... I was so close
Now I'm just as excited, but, only sidelined for another two years, lol. I can almost feel the excitement as you have a new buddy coming. Post pics, as theres nothing better than a Sheppard gaurding the house, always on alert....probably lick ya to death upon window entry
This isn't a test run................Enjoy er'.......

You are so right; I think I've had my last pup.
