What to pack for first time Moose hunt?

I am just curious...this will be my first year moose hunting and although I am only 3.5 hours from home and not waaay up north I am just curious if any of the experts/veterans have tips on what to pack that I shouldnt leave at home. Sounds like we will be hunting from the ground and only calf tags this yr. We have a good camp set up that sleeps 20, so wont be roughing it out in the woods in tents.

Any gear items or tips and tricks I should know about would be greatly appreciated. Getting pretty pumped but have no idea what to expect.

All kidding aside buddy, pretty much anything you'd pack for a deer hunt, you'd use for a moose as well. Aside from that little tether pull the deer cord, not going to do much good on a moose

Prosciutto, Brie, pickled artichokes, olives, nice crusty Italian bread. Thats just to gnosh on when you are done for the day before dinner. A Heineken washes this down nicely.

hahahaha sounds delightful....I think we will be eating like kings thats for sure, with a dedicated cook for the week by sounds of it bellys are always full.......I will leave the heineken to those a little more fancy then me perhaps and I will lug in my budlights.

Anything gear or clothing wise I shouldnt forget at home.....sounds like its fairly thick and hunting mostly old logging trails (may take the ground blind for crappy weather)
