Big Mac gave the gang a bunch of these same jigs on a trip to White lk a few years back. The color was identical but the size (1/2 0z) is what clued me in to very successful pickerel fishing.
All I fish with now are 1/2 and 5/8 oz jigs. Last Tuesday 2 of us used these large jigs in gale force winds and boated well over 50 fish, all sizes in under 45 minutes.
