    What do you think guys? Bought this bow used last year and used it last fall.. great bow so far... but the loop is getting frayed... thoughts? Thanks

    It will probably be alright for a while yet, but I would take the 5 minutes to replace it.

    Yep, you want it to break as you draw back on a deer ? I just replaced mine a few weeks back.

    how do you replace? Does it need to be brought to a shop? Or can it be done at home? I just started compound hunting last year so I am a "newbie" at this.. thanks

    had a similar problem. brought it to the bowshop and was done in 5 minutes. better safe than sorry

    thanks for the video link. After viewing it, I will bring it to a bow shop! I seem to screw things up.. not the handiest person... with something like that, I'd rather let a pro do it!!!

    Get yourself some bow wax if you don't already have it, to help keep strings and cables in good condition.
